At Fork & Knife Catering we strive to make your wedding dream become a reality. Through the creation of your own special menu and well executed services, we aim to bring your vision to life.

Our Wedding Consultation Process

We Want To Learn About You. We would love to chat with you so we can get to know you as a couple. What is your wedding vision? What are your favourite flavor profiles and preferences? How many guests will you have? What are your guests dietery needs and restrictions? We will make sure the right questions are asked to ensure your wedding menu is perfect. Feel free to ask us questions too! Food is considered to be a high profile aspect of a wedding and we want you to feel comfortable with us and trust that your catered event is in highly capable hands.

Catering Service Proposal & Tasting. If you’d like to know more about what we can do for you, we will gladly prepare a catering service proposal. The proposal will review details and logistics included in the services Fork & Knife will provide for your event. We will also invite you, your partner and whomever else you feel is integral to your menu selection to a sample tasting.

Agree To Have Fork & Knife Cater Your Event! Once you have signed the contract and provided us with a deposit, your date will be reserved. Congratulations! You can breathe a sigh of relief knowing your food and service is going to be flawlessly executed.

It’s Almost The Big Day! Three weeks to a month before your wedding we will meet with you to review the final guest count, final details and answer any questions you may have.
