There is one word that instantly comes to mind when we think of our experience catering Susannah + Braedon’s wedding: FUN! From the moment we met these two at their initial catering consultation appointment, we felt connected to their easygoing and likeable personalities.
The ceremony and reception was held at the Columbia Valley Community Centre, located just outside of the downtown Cultus Lake area. Nestled in between gorgeous trees and the sprawling serenity of nature, Susannah + Braedon were married in the presence of 100 of their beloved family and friends. After the ceremony, the fun started with a casual cocktail reception. Wedding guests enjoyed plenty of cold beverages, snacks and lawn games. What a brilliant way to keep your guests entertained and encourage them to mingle and have some fun!
The interior of the reception hall was beautifully transformed, showcasing both delicate and rustic elements of fresh florals, splashes of purple, and DIY decor. Susannah + Braedon planned the décor details together and their personal touches really shone through.
Susannah + Braedon selected some of Fork & Knife Catering’s most popular menu items for their buffet (see below for their complete menu). Dessert was a three tier cake from the very talented Sweetly Sifted by Tam (this cake was so beautiful it served as another decor element!) as well as a candy bar for the little ones and the adults!
After dinner and speeches, their wedding guests partook in some photo booth fun and danced the night away!
